For thirty years, I've had the privilege of being an educator, teaching from kindergarten to college in two different states. My heart belongs to the elementary level, where every day is a new adventure in learning. I've always found something magical about the elementary years—the curiosity, the growth, the energy—it's where I feel most at home as a teacher.

Learning does not stop at graduation. I am a firm believer in lifelong learning, constantly seeking new knowledge and strategies to enhance my teaching practice. This is why I am here to encourage teachers to begin using AI in their classrooms to help with the teaching workload. Innovation is key to effective teaching. I'm always eager to explore new ideas and methods, ensuring teachers and students have the most engaging learning experiences possible.

Outside the classroom, I'm kept busy by my husband, two adult children, and two lively chocolate labs. I love to travel, take classes to learn new skills, and hang out with friend and family.
